Engineering is a field of study and practice that involves the application of mathematics, science, and technology to design, build, and improve structures, machines, systems, and processes. Engineers use their knowledge and skills to solve practical problems and create new products, services, and technologies that improve our lives.

Engineering is a broad field that encompasses many different areas of study, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, computer engineering, and many others. Each of these fields focuses on a specific aspect of engineering, such as designing and building machinery, developing new materials, designing and maintaining infrastructure, or creating software and computer systems.
